Throughout
this time Tas took an active role in our environment and assisted with
trapping, hunting and fishing. Her abilities today are due to
the advantages of growing up in the Canadian wilderness.
During her
years growing up at the resort, Tas was always eager to help and
willing to learn. On many occasions Tas would help work on
generators, outboard motors, truck engines, snow machines, that would
eventually gain her invaluable knowledge. Carpentry, plumbing
and wiring added to her education in addition to cooking and cleaning.
Tas was never afraid of picking up a tool to get the job done.
Tasmin
always like to be involved with all aspects of resort life, especially
guests. She met her best friend at the resort where she grew up when she was
only six years old. Interaction with guests is responsible
for Tasmin's development in social skills. Many of them have
observed Tas as a little girl, her body covered with insect bites,
scratches, bruises and her face covered with smudges.
As time went by they watched as she blossomed into a beautiful woman.
Today, Tas is the mother of 3 children and her life continues to be
busy as a mother together with outdoor life.
Tas has lead
many clients to the catch and/or trophy of their dreams, and, many have
commented on how delightful they found her company while guiding.
Small and petite does not prevent Tas from taking charge of situations
out in the field. Tas is qualified in operating
boats, skilled in fishing techniques that work well on any lake,
puts together a delicious shore lunch, and as well, is a master
marksman while hunting. |
